Blue Mountain Coop. is a board-game for 1-6 players (time: 20-30 minutes).

BlueMountain Coop. is a co-operative game, the players take the role of a department responsible. Each round they assign their resources to cross-department projects, internal projects, training or "Great Place to Work"-activities.
At the beginning of each round there happens a random event that may change availability of resources or importance of projects. Afterwards a it is rolled how many resources are ill or left the company. After the drawing of new projects the resources are allocated. At the end of the round all projects that had all required resources allocated may bring victory points.
The game ends after 6 (short variant) or 12 (long variant) rounds.
