This is a rare children's game, probably published in the early 1900s. The cover features some children and animals jumping over hurdles. The board has a track circling the outside of the board with a picture of a band playing on the green interior of the track. Also on the interior of the track are four cheering adults, a tepee, and a table set for dinner (with lobster being served).
