This card game, circa 1890, comes from a time when games were much less fun and much more knowledge based. Choice Thoughts from Longfellow was published by Milton Bradley and features a number of cards with questions about famous Longfellow writings. The object of the game was to fill in the blanks with the correct words to complete lines from Longfellow's works.
