Colorswap

  • Description

Colorswap is based on a juggling notation called siteswap.

Goal: Get all of your pieces including the cube into different columns and onto different colors. The cube must be played in the far right column (I)

Setup: Each player has a board and 8 pieces. There is also 1 cube sitting between all of the players. On your turn place a piece on your board in any row as far left as available. All other players immediately place a piece on their own board in the same place. When all 8 pieces are played the puzzle solving begins.

Solving the Puzzle and Scoring Points: Pieces may be moved left and right, but not up or down. The very last column on the right (I) is reserved for the cube. Once a player has all of their pieces in different columns from A-H, simultaniously on different colors and are the first to grab the cube and place it onto the missing color they score a point.

Negative Points: Players who grab the cube before finishing the puzzle get a negative point. Players can also get a negative point by grabbing the cube and finding that their answer is actually not correct.
