In this challenging game you are in charge of a special ops team with a special mission! Find hidden bombs and dismantle them, help hostages into safety or take out terrorist leaders.

Countdown: Special Ops is a modular set up game in which no mission is the same. Due to the high variation in goals, targets, threats and specific circumstances the players need to choose their set up and strategy each time they start a mission or a campaign. Do not just throw in grenades with your buster at public places such as airports and train stations, civilians might get hurt and resulting in minus points on your mission balance. Develop your primary skill, but do not neglect your other skills, attack and defense power to stay alive in this thrilling new game.

Countdown is fully modular, with players being able to create their own game, adjust the level of difficulty (with different players playing on different levels), create and develop their own special ops teams, play single missions or entire campaigns in which the characters develop, and adopt the game format that works best for your group: cooperative, competitive, team against team, or paranoia (with a traitor in hiding amongst the team). The first version of the game will be a COOPERATIVE VERSION with an option of an INFILTRATOR in the team.

Heavy developing possibilities in the special ops are being created, in which way the players can combine the different team members who are best fit to make a raid at a specific location.

FIRST VERSION WILL BE A COOP
The very first version of this modular game will be a cooperative game. Other versions and/or expansions will be expected within a limited time after the first version release. The next version, a versus game for 2-players is expected to be released in SEPTEMBER 2014. Also boosterpacks are being developed for further enjoyment of the unique modular set up of the COUNTDOWN series.
