An expansion for the Federation Commander Series.

Federation Commander, Tholian Attack is an "attack module" that includes two map panels, 16 ship cards, and Web, Web Caster, and Web Fist rules. Tholians, Neo-Tholians, and Seltorians are represented; a new monster and base are included. Seltorian ships include Particle Cannons, Shield Crackers, and Web Breaker.

Boosters #13, #14, and #15 provide extra copies of commonly used Tholian Attack ship cards as well as a few new cards.

Border Box #5 contains minis to match the 24 ship cards found in the three boosters.

Either the Federation Commander: Klingon Border or Federation Commander: Romulan Border base set is required to use Tholian Attack.
