A magnetic mechanism in the 'pond' makes the plastic fish spin, move in circles, and open (and close) their mouths. Each player has their own-colored fishing pole/hook and tries to catch as many of the fish of their color as they can. The first player to catch all their own fish wins. Each fish has a number on the bottom, so players can keep score by points over multiple games.
