Mjölk är livet (English, Milk is life) is a Swedish game about milk and dairy production.

Each player starts out as a farmer and tries to take as good care as possible of his cows, in order to increase their milk production. Later on each player opens his own dairy and refines the milk into different dairy products. The first player to fill his production quota wins the game.
