Description
This is strategic level wargame for 3 to 7 players based on Three Kingdoms era in chinese history.
"Seikiheikuu" means the various size banner hangs, and the sky is covered and hidden. Its words for "The Red Cliffs" by chinese poet Su Shi.Player control one warlord in the end of Han dynasty.
The turn order of player's operation phase and common administration phase is decided at random.
Leaders ability influences diplomacy and military operations greatly.The player who controls many provinces is a winner at the end of the game.
This game is supplement of Japanese TACTICS Magazine #39, and die-cut counter was sold separately.
