Version 1: Place each Demanding Supplier tile on 4 different cities matching the supplier colors and 1 on a gray new city (this must be the first gray city built); reduce the number of goods to be placed in those cities by one.

Version 2: Place each Demanding supplier tile in 5 different towns. Remove one of each color cube from cities on the board (take from a Goods Supply Space if 1 color isn't in play in cities).
