"Tenka fubu" is a diplomatic game in Japanese Sengoku period. This game was designed for wargame beginner. "Tenka fubu" means Spread the militarism over the whole land.
"Tenka fubu" was published conjunction with Tanks and The Battle of the Bulge in one box. Its product name is "Simulation games for beginner #1".

The map includes only the central part of Honshu. The game concept is based on Feudal Lord. And rules has been simplified than Feudal Lord,

Players will control one of six feudal lords.　Player manage diplomacy and military operations. The Battles is resolved by fire power combat system, and defender's fortress affect to battle result. Also random event chart have a various impact on game play.

The game winner is determined by total wealth of controled provinces.
