In the run up to the release of the Talisman Expansion Set and following the release of the 2nd Edition of Talisman, Games Workshop released a number of new cards as part of an advertising feature in their house magazine, White Dwarf #72.
These cards comprised the Samurai Character, Curfew & Closed Shop Adventure cards and Bolster, Transmute, Bladesharp, Resurrection & Enrich Spells.
Resurrection and Transmute were later released in the French language publication, Le Héraut Citadel #4.
The article, which was a "review" of Talisman and the new expansion, which also told you how to use the new cards, was called "Jewel in the Crown", and according to the Index this is also the name of this mini-expansion.
