User summary:Im Spinnenwald (In the Spider Forest) is an adventure for 3-6 characters of levels 1-3. It is the first part of the INVALID OBJECT ID=3448, type=family campaign.The Orkland is one of the last white spots on the map of Aventurien. Orcish bands come down from the mountains surrounding this region from time to time to raid the surrounding villages and take slaves, but almost no one from the civilized lands has set a foot on orcish soil. Now the rulers of Thorwal send the characters to the Orkland to bring back detailed maps and and accounts of the creatures, people, and mysteries encountered.This first adventure in the campaign is for most parts a free-form journey with some required and some optional encounters. A lair of mostly friendly lizardmen, a first encounter with a giant, and one with a dragon. When the characters enter the Spider Forest, they will find a (very) greedy dwarf and a tribe of sentient, telepathic giant spiders. The spider lair is the finale of the adventure. - BoardGameGeek
